文章摘要: A novel groove sintered fiber composite wick porous material (GSFCWPM) with high porosity was fabricated by sintering copper fiber and microgroove copper plate. In this work, the tensile experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of fiber parameter and sintering parameter on the tensile property of GSFCWPM. The typical tensile stress strain charts of GSFCWPM were obtained based on tensile test results. The tensile strength gets decreased with the increase of porosity from 70% to 90% when the GSFCWPM was produced with the same sintering parameter. The tensile strength gets decreased with the increase of fiber diameter when GSFCWPM with the same quality was produced with the same sintering parameter. Moreover, the influence of sintering parameter on tensile strength of GSFCWPM was also investigated.
