文章摘要: The main pump, which is currently widely used in 22-ton class hydraulic excavator in China market, is a through-drive piston pump with a displacement of 112 mL/r. It was found that there was a clearance at the interface between pump housing body and servo control valve when the machine was working in fields. The similar phenomenon was observed and oil leakage was found in a lab test. In this paper, the relationships among the clearance size, the structure of servo control valve and discharge pressure were comprehensively investigated, and the method of how to eliminate this clearance was discussed in this paper as well. Based on the FEM method, some key factors which affects the clearance size and improves the structure of design were analyzed and discussed.
