文章摘要: Aimed at being difficult to make system control effect be in the state of optimizing from beginning to end by means of PID control parameter obtained through disposable tuning, the paper explored a sort of fuzzy-PID controller of parameter based auto-tuning. Combined fuzzy logic control with classical PID control technique, by dint of fuzzy auto-tuning of PID control parameter on line, when the system performance produces the change and goes beyond specified range, the system would automatically start the tuning process of PID control parameter, and modified the PID control parameter in real time, made the retuned PID control parameter be able in the state of optimizing all the time, and therefore it could obtain better control effect. In the paper, it took central air-conditioning control of environment temperature in production technology of cigarette factory as an example, and the test data of actual system simulation demonstrated that it enhanced the control precision and stability
