文章摘要: In order to improve the lockup quality of hydrodynamic torque converters, this paper optimized the lockup point of an automotive hydrodynamic torque converter. This paper took the influences of turbine torque changes and engine inertial energy release on lockup quality into consideration. On the basis of goal programming method, the previous unified objective function was modified according to the influences at different turbine speeds, a weight-based unified objective function was put forward, and a reasonable lockup point was obtained. The lockup performance simulation model of a hydrodynamic torque converter was built in Matlab/Simdriveline, and the simulation was conducted in the study. The simulation results show that the optimized lockup point is more reasonable than the previous one.
