文章摘要: An MRF damper’s mechanical structure was put forward based on its working principle, and its weak links were found out by FEM. Moreover, this paper analyzed the static and dynamic characteristics and optimized the mechanical structure. The pre-optimized and post-optimized simulation results showed that the vibration amplitude value of damper got decreased by 35% when the low frequency spark exists, and it provides a basis for the new type vehicle MRF damper’s design.
