文章摘要: The radial hydraulic clamping force caused by slide valve geometry is deduced in this article, and the simulation analysis of the temperature field, which displays the effect of temperature variation on the gap of valve core and valve sleeve, is conducted. The rules for the influence of the structures of fore taper and back taper on the force of the valve core, as well as the temperature field distribution of slide valve runner under circumstances with different oil temperature and valve body temperature, are obtained. This article also analyses the calculation results and draws the reasons for spool clamping, which provides a theoretical reference for spool valves designing.
