文章摘要: In order to simulate the electro-hydraulic proportional closed-loop control characteristic of Hydro-viscous Clutch (HVC) accurately and obtain the steady rotation speed of output. The PID closed-loop control system simulation model for HVC was established with AMESim. The PID parameters were obtained by the method of Ziegler-Nichols. The closed-loop control system output response characteristic of HVC was researched. The effects of PID parameters on output characteristic were analyzed. The results indicate that the PID closed-loop control characteristic of HVC can be simulated accurately. The PID parameters have a great influence on output response characteristic and stability of rotation speed. The constant rotation speed for HVC can be reached by PID closed-loop control system. The simulations supply a useful theory for the controller design.
