文章摘要: The fuel oil used in the scramjet engines is almost in gaseous state at 600~700℃. In order to precisely control the flow of gaseous fuel at such high temperature conditions, a high-temperature flow rate control valve, with a Laval nozzle, for the scramjet engines, is developed, which controls the fuel flowing through the inlet passage of the scramjet engine. In order to study the flow-rate characterristics of valve with Laval nozzle, the velocity and pressure distribution through the nozzle are obtained by using the FLUENT sofware.The simulation results indicate that the rate of flow keeps constant when the spool displacement and inlet pressure are both fixed even if outlet pressure changes.
